**UPDATED 9/18**We were invited to the Kona launch event in March. We updated to the Hyundai Kona in May through Jesse Pelletier. I am incredibly satisfied with the service we've been receiving from them. They do care about their customers. They have renewed my faith in this relationship. Thank you!**UPDATED 12/17**Changed my review to 1 star from 4. At our 70,000 km check, they recommended we flush out the entire brake system and replace our block heater at a cost of over $500. I said no and took it to another garage that I trust. The brake fluid is fine, there is no moisture in the system and they merely replaced the plug on the block heater. The bill was $15.Once our warranty is up, I will not be coming back to Focus Hyundai unless it's a recall paid for by the company.-------------------------------We purchased our car here. I think we worked out a fair deal. The service desk is very helpful. They are also honest. In one instance they quoted a brake service for one axle, but heard from the tech that both axles needed it. They only charged me for one but worked on both.You definitely pay for the service, as you would with any dealership. Definitely there are less expensive options out there for repairs and oil changes.

Justin Conchada is an incredible sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable and eager to please. We also brought our other car there for service and were provided with the same courtesy as if we were buying another vehicle. Their service after sales is second to none.
